How Nosh got started

Nosh began with a friendship, a mutual love of food, and the desire to share Brazil's most popular staple with the Hawaiian islands. From dream to conception, our determination to discover the best ingredients and balance of fine Parmesan cheese has made our Pão de Quejio a treasured delight in Hawaii.

Convenient & easy

If you can't get your freshly baked Pão de Queijo at any of our pop-ups or restaurant locations, our bake-at-home rolls are ready in less than 30 minutes. Pão de Queijo is a perfect snack, appetizer or complement to breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Keep it simple

Pão de Quejio is made with the natural cassava root, or tapioca flour which is root native to North Brazil. The best part of all - it's gluten-free!  It is also made with simple, all-natural ingredients. Our blend of quality Parmesan cheese and tapioca flour creates a fluffy, warm inside with a baked, crispy outside.
