Brazilian cheese bread
Pão de Queijo (cheese bread) is Brazil’s most popular snack. Originating from the state of Minas Gerais where slaves would soak and peel the cassava root – these bread rolls were created. It wasn’t until the end of the 19th century that cheese and other ingredients were introduced to the roll. Now, Pão de Queijo is found in grocery stores, bakeries and street-side stands.

Nosh participates in weekly markets, block parties, Honolulu Night Market and special events such as Made in Hawaii and Best of Honolulu. When you visit any of these venues, it's a great chance to get a taste of fresh, homemade and unique flavors. We are proud of bringing a taste of Brazil to Hawaii, and we wish to share it with everyone who loves a comfort but also healthy snack. We hope to see you at any of our pop-ups!
